Job Title: Human Resource Generalist

Description: 

  • Knowledgeable and experienced in a variety of areas of Human Resources including but not limited to policies and procedures, benefits, regulatory compliance, recruiting, training and employee relations.
  • Advises Team Members of policies and procedures, communicate benefit information and changes, hiring opportunities and effective HR practices regarding Team Member issues.
  • Maintains accuracy of HRIS System (UKG/UltiPro).
  • Develops and prepares weekly and monthly reports as requested.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize, multi-task and work extended hours as necessary to accommodate workforce schedules.
  • Maintain knowledge, understanding and adhere to safety policies, USDA, GMP’s, QA, HACCP, Sanitation rules and regulations, and company policies.
  • Assists Team Members directly with routine inquiries.
  • Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position.
  • Assist with birthday club and other employee relations events.
  • Perform other duties in support of department or company needs as required.
