Job Title: 1st Shift Shipping Lead
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the entire shift follows established procedures.
- Responsible for inventory accuracy, labor efficiency, customer service and housekeeping.
- Direct product flow and daily activities and execute the daily shipping plan.
- Update the manifest listing, tracking order picking and shipping requirements.
- Pallet tracking.
- Provide excellent customer service to all departments, customers and carriers.
- Completing daily labor activity log and providing a daily checklist of warehouse TQM.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma /GED.
- Three (3) years forklift experience.
- Good attendance record.
- Must be able to pass a math test.
- Ability to motivate and lead others.
- Effective communication skills, ability to speak, read and write in English.
- Prism experience a plus
SALARY: DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE-EXEMPT
