Job Details

  • Define, staff, and develop planning and logistics organization.
  • Develop supply base and manage supplier performance including third party logistics and SME partners
  • Optimize manufacturing and logistics network
  • Continuously improve and lead best-in-class Integrated Business Planning process.
  • Improve and fully leverage planning and logistics systems
  • Measure, analyze, benchmark, and improve operations.
  • Ensure all processes and procedural controls are being administered effectively to minimize company risk.
  • Develop and administer the annual operating budget.
  • Support financial forecasting, reporting, and analytics requirements.
  • Lead and encourage transparent and professional partnership with cross-functional departments
  • Stay current on industry trends and benchmarks


  • BS in business required, MS Degree (MBA) preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 15-20 years of practical experience in a CPG manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and experience with building high performing/functioning team – developing team, people, capabilities and performance management
  • Proactive, articulate leader with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Promotes cross-functional collaboration and holds team accountable for results
