Ruiz Foods is seeking a Sr SharePoint/.NET Engineer for its Information Technology team. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing customized SharePoint solutions to enhance business operations. The ideal candidate creates scalable, intuitive, engaging interfaces, works well in a team, collaborates with different groups across the organization, and provides technical guidance to others.
COMPENSATION: $120,000 – $150,000/Year DOE, Bonus Eligible
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design entire systems to meet defined requirements.
- Detail functional and design requirements, systems design, programming specifications, data elements, data validation specifications, data capture mechanisms, and data conversion procedures through discussions with relevant Departments and Team Members.
- Develop new user-facing features as requested.
- Develop UI/UX designs.
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Renovate current SharePoint sites that will translate into improved user experience with improved navigation and aesthetics for our SharePoint sites leveraging the ASP.NET technology.
- Test SharePoint Deployment and Updates, including preparing and using sample data for testing purposes.
- Present findings, recommendations, and specifications in formal reports and oral presentations.
- Consult with Team Members and other parties to ensure understanding of task objectives, identify problems, and suggest improvements.
- Provide technical expertise, direction, and supervision to lower-level personnel.
- Design and develop SQL Server database structures and processes as necessary.
- Work closely with other programmers and DBAs.
- Collaborate with Team Members to address issues found.
- Provide feedback on user interfaces, critical business rules, and functionalities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Over 8 years of hands-on experience in professional development or enterprise deployment of SharePoint Sites or ASP.
- Expert knowledge in building enterprise-grade SharePoint online solutions.
- Expert knowledge with SharePoint and OneDrive Integration.
- User-Centric UI and UX front-end design experience in .NET.
- Advanced knowledge in Graphic Design using Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Working experience in a Team environment.
- Expert knowledge in HTML5, ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, XML, CSS Languages, SQL PHP.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Server, User Interface Design, web design, technology security, relational database exposure, and OOP.
- Strong ability to work with multiple groups across the entire organization.
- Bachelors or better preferred.
