DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Shipping & Receiving of all raw packaging and finished good materials: it is the responsibility of the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that all warehouse processes (SOP/SWS) are followed to ensure all materials are received & shipped accurately (undamaged, proper amounts and correct item/container#). Proper storage is also a responsibility of the Warehouse Supervisor ensuring high inventory accuracy with a goal of 99% or higher.
  • Pulling orders (picks): it is the responsibility of the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that specialists pull orders in a timely, accurate and safe manner, assuring expeditious and proper issuing of product to the processing and packaging depts. As well as on time shipping to customers.
  • Procedures: it is the responsibility of the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that all procedures set forth by the manager are followed as stated.
  • Safety Awareness: It is the responsibility of the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that all team members are performing all tasks in a safe and proper manner.
  • It is the responsibility of the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that all equipment needed for positive performance by the team members is in proper working condition.
  • It is the responsibility of the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that all paperwork generated is checked off, assuring proper movement and accuracy have been accomplished.
  • It is the responsibility of the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that all team members have been properly trained, so that all tasks can be performed at maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain knowledge, understanding and adherence to Safety policies, USDA, QA, HACCP, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), sanitation rules, regulations and company policies.
  • Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position.
