Responsibilities for senior recruiter
  • Engage the HRBP team and functional leaders to identify skill gaps within the business
  • Gather and leverage market insights to influence business decisions and identify linkages to the strategic direction of the client group
  • Network with external and internal organizations to build mutually beneficial strategic partnerships
  • Develop, maintain and communicate a broad understanding of the external market, and how it may influence Talent Acquisition strategies
  • Deliver screened, best qualified candidates to meet business needs in a timely manner
  • Drive a positive candidate experience to ensure engagement throughout the recruitment process
  • Own and drive the hiring process and set expectations effectively with Hiring Managers
  • Drive talent acquisition activities in partnership with the hiring team
  • Consult with business leaders on talent related strategies and initiatives throughout the course of a search to influence decisions regarding recruitment strategy, profile development, assessment methods and final selection
  • Lead recruiter partnering with the Human Resources team on identifying openings, meeting metrics and driving process improvements to meet overall business objectives
Qualifications for senior recruiter
  • Significant experience in a fast-paced role, preferably with a multi-stranded, global focus
  • Exceptional initiative, with the ability to extract information and work autonomously when required
  • A strong sense of urgency and ownership, with a high level of confidentiality
  • The ability to work within a global, matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Recruit, interview, and hire highly qualified candidates for all disciplines utilizing effective recruiting methods including passive recruiting methods
